Please register for classes as you usually do through our site. 15 minutes before class, you’re teacher will email you an invitation to join the Zoom Class.
If you can’t join our live class, but want a fresh yoga class for the day, sign up anyway! Within an hour of class completing, you will receive a link to the recorded class. You will be able to take that class until 11:59 pm on the day the class is offered.
